

NetArmor supports
the National Plan for Information Systems Protection issued January
2000 in response to Presidential Decision Directive (PDD) 63, dated May 1998.
NetArmors Information Security programs, policies and procedures are
designed to implement, support and strengthen the National Plan for Information
Systems Protection within its customer base. NetArmor can implement the following
programs in concurrence with the National Plan.
1. NetArmor can build an education and awareness program, which includes
emphasis on computer ethics. This program will foster greater respect for
the privacy of communications.
2. NetArmor can perform vulnerability assessments, define objectives
and funding requirements to protect against compromise and intrusion of its
customers critical assets.
3. NetArmor can ensure the protection of customer information as a
major component of all critical infrastructure plans and enhanced protection
of individually identifiable and confidential information.
4. NetArmor can ensure the implementation of infrastructure assurance
programs in accordance with existing legal protections, such as the Electronics
Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), the Privacy Act, and other laws and when
necessary, can implement carefully tailored monitoring limited to achieving
the designated infrastructure assurance goal.
